  1. Data Collection
    Export employee details from your HR/payroll system into Excel.

  2. Send to Actuary
    Share the data with an actuary along with your reporting standard (AS 15 or Ind AS 19).

  3. Assumption Setting
    Actuary sets assumptions: discount rate, salary growth, attrition, mortality (based on industry norms).

  4. Report Preparation
