A company from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or UAE can register a subsidiary company in India completely online and hire employees in India.
Checklist to setup a Indian subsidiary by Dubai Company:
- Minimum 2 directors required – The directors can be of any nationality. But at least 1 director should be Indian resident. The resident director will have no powers and you can remove him whenever you want.
- Minimum 2 shareholders required – The shareholders can either be a company or the individual. Both can be foreign nationals as well
- Office address in India – Office address is mandatory to register a company in India. You can also take a virtual office address. It usually cost USD 50/month.
- Document Collection – The process starts with we collecting the basic documents like passport, Certificate of registration of parent company, address proof of directors etc.
- Name approval – The name is applied for the approval on www.mca.gov.in . The name should be unique
- Preparation of MOA and AOA – The documents for company are then prepared like MOA and AOA
- Application is SPICE form on MCS.gov.in – The form is then submitted along with MOA and AOA for company registration purposes.
