Step 2
Apply for a shop and establishment act license
It will cost you Rs 1500 to Rs 3500 depending on the type of structure. It will take only 2 days to get his registration. It is compulsory for all type of businesses and is mandatory to display the license at registered office.
Step 3
Apply for food license
It will cost you Rs 22,000 – Rs 30,000 for 2 years validity. It is compulsorily required for any business engaged in food business. The registration requires around 15 Days, but you can start the operations on application itself.
Step 4
Apply for mobile kitchen license from RTO
To have a mobile restaurant you need to take a license from RTO. It takes 5-10 days to get this license
